Industrial Design Engineer with a Master’s in UX/UI Design.
Beyond my academic background, I am curious, ambitious, and proactive. I am passionate about learning, connecting ideas, and solving problems.
I am currently focusing on User experience and Service Design.
I believe in design as an important tool to transform complex problems into innovative solutions.
My Professional Experience
Currently, I work at Stellantis (an automotive group that includes brands such as Citroën, Peugeot, Fiat, Opel, Jeep, among others) as a Operational Control Processes Performance Specialist.
In this role, I collaborate on managing global projects in the aftermarket sector, always aiming to provide the best service to our customers.
Jan 2024 – Dec 2024
BBVA: Design Analyst and Solutions Development
- I participated in several user research projects, including planning, note-taking, analyzing, and presenting results
- I developed high-fidelity prototypes Figma
- I documented and implemented various improvements to components of the design system Figma
- I planned ideation and definition workshops Miro
- I collaborated on programming an artificial intelligence tool designed to solve specific tasks
- I drove improvements in the work methodology of the trends observatory team and contributed to creating the annual trends report
These experiences, many with international teams, allowed me to tackle strategic initiatives with tangible impact.
Nov 2022 – Jan 2024
TIM Servicios Informáticos: Project Manager
- I identified potential improvements for client websites: creating detailed reports for proposals, managing planning and budgets, and coordinating project communication and follow-up with developers
- I provided technical support by analyzing and resolving errors and bugs in various tools Jira
- I designed and implemented a training and onboarding system for users with low technical skills
These experiences allowed me to better understand user needs and propose strategic solutions to optimize their experience. Thanks to my contributions, we significantly reduced the number of open issues reported daily.
While developing these experiences, I continued to pursue further education. My curiosity and eagerness to learn have always been with me.
A little more about me
I speak Spanish, Galician, English (Advanced level), and I also know a bit of Portuguese. One of my goals in the coming months is to improve my language skills further.
I’m very curious and proactive, which has led me to work on many projects I’m passionate about. Right now, I’m especially interested in Artificial Intelligence.
In my free time, I really enjoy all kinds of handmade crafts.
